These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fleetxceed.com and related services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Important Notice: No Government Affiliation

2) Service Scope

FleetXceed provides compliance assistance and administrative processing services based on the information you submit. By placing an order, you authorize FleetXceed to use your information to assist with preparing and processing your requested service.

3) Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (e.g., USDOT number and related details).
• You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access (if applicable).

4) Pricing, Payments & International Transactions

Prices may be displayed in USD or other currencies. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay and partners). Your bank/card issuer may charge foreign transaction and/or currency conversion fees, which are charged by your bank and not by FleetXceed.

5) Taxes & Regulatory Fees

FleetXceed provides service fees for compliance assistance. Government fees, penalties, or regulatory charges (if applicable) are separate and are determined by the relevant authorities.

6) Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing any service.

7) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@dev.fleetxceed.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may delay service completion while the dispute is reviewed by the bank/payment processor.

8) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Introduce malware, scrape the site, or interfere with platform security
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law
• Impersonate another person/entity or provide false information

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FleetXceed does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. FleetXceed does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for compliance decisions and maintaining your records.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetXceed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. FleetXceed’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FleetXceed from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12) Hosting & Data Location (United States – AWS)

Our website, application, and databases are hosted on infrastructure located in the United States, including cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) (U.S. regions). By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to processing and storage of your information in the United States.

13) Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
