FleetXceed provides compliance assistance and administrative processing services. This policy explains when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one.


1) Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you request cancellation before our team begins work on your order, we may issue a refund. Some orders may have non-recoverable payment processing costs depending on the payment method used.

2) Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available once any of the following has occurred:

  • Our team has started processing your request
  • We have prepared documents, initiated filings, or submitted information on your behalf
  • A service has been delivered, initiated, or completed
  • Third-party fees have been incurred and cannot be recovered

3) Incorrect or Incomplete Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (e.g., USDOT number and related details). If an order cannot be completed due to incorrect information, missing documents, or lack of response from the customer, the order may be considered used/consumed and may not be eligible for a refund.

4) Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us immediately. If work has not started on the duplicate order, we may cancel it and issue a refund.

5) Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

International Payment Notice: Your bank/card issuer may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. These fees are charged by your bank/card issuer and are not refundable by FleetXceed.

6) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@dev.fleetxceed.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may delay service completion while the dispute is reviewed by the bank/payment processor.

7) How to Request a Refund

  • Order ID
  • USDOT number (if applicable)
  • Reason for refund request
